Hello everyone! My name is Luke Cattet and I am a registered osteopathic manual practitioner and kinesiologist. My passion resides in creating better movement and in motivating and inspiring my clients to feel better one day at a time.

In the summer of 1999 I spent my summer out west at my uncle's house.  He enlisted me in a few sport clubs and brought me on a transformative canoeing experience that catalyzed my affinity for an active lifestyle and the outdoors.  Not only was I discovering the physical changes attributed to a healthier lifestyle, I was noticing the positive influences it had on my mood and energy. From this point on I was hooked!  I was fortunate enough to use these experiences as a vehicle to experience the world through sport. In 2008 I graduated from the University of Western Ontario with an honors degree in Kinesiology. While studying I competed as a pentathlete on the Mustangs varsity track and field team. These track connections were an important first step in eventually working with the Trinidad and Tobago Olympic Committee during the 2015 Toronto Pan Am Games.

In 2016 I successfully defended my thesis in osteopathic studies entitled the effect of global osteopathic treatment on balance in mature adults. This study reviewed the age related changes to balance in adults aged 60-75 and assessed the effect of osteopathic treatment and exercise prescription on balance performance.
